Founder & Lead Mentor

With over 20 years of experience as a senior school teacher and Vice Principal, Chavi Behl has shaped the academic journeys of thousands of students across India's leading institutions.

A postgraduate from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, she has served as an ISC and CBSE board examiner, giving her rare insight into what academic excellence truly demands.

Her vision for Peak Potentia was born from a simple observation: students thrive when learning is personalized, challenging, and connected to the real world. That insight became the foundation of everything we do.
